KidsDreamFactory provides delivery, setup, and pickup throughout our designated service areas in South Florida, serving both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts.

Delivery fees may vary depending on distance, event location, and setup requirements. Any additional delivery fee will always be confirmed before your booking is finalized.

Beach & Park Events

Beach and park picnic setups are available for approximately 2–4 hours. The customer is responsible for obtaining any permits, approvals, or reservations required by the applicable city, county, park, beach, or venue. KidsDreamFactory can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) when required.

Outdoor Weather Policy

Outdoor picnic bookings are weather-dependent. If weather conditions such as rain, high winds, or other unsafe conditions prevent a safe setup, KidsDreamFactory may require the event to be rescheduled. Any rescheduled date is subject to availability. Customer cancellations remain subject to the cancellation policy stated in our Terms & Conditions.
