Booking & Payments

How do I book a party?

Start with our Book a Party form. Tell us your preferred date, city, party experience and guest count. We will review availability, discuss the details and send your deposit invoice.

When is my date officially reserved?

Your date is reserved only after the required 50% deposit has been paid. Sending an inquiry, completing the booking form or receiving a quote does not reserve your event.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event. Delivery, travel and any other additional fees will be confirmed before your booking is finalized.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend contacting us as early as possible for the best choice of dates and themes. If your celebration is coming up soon, send us your details and we will check availability.

Which areas do you serve?

We serve families across the Gulf and Atlantic coasts of South Florida, including Naples, Marco Island, Fort Myers, Sarasota, the Tampa Bay region, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Send us your city or ZIP code so we can confirm service and any travel fees.

Can I cancel or reschedule my event?

Under our current Florida Terms & Conditions, the 50% deposit is refunded for cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the event. Cancellations made 4 weeks or less before the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests received at least 24 hours before the event start time may transfer payments to an agreed new date at no additional charge, subject to availability. Sleepovers & Teepees

What is included in a full-service sleepover?

Our styled sleepovers include teepees, plush mattresses, bedding, decorative pillows, blankets, breakfast trays, lights and coordinated décor. Our team delivers, sets up and styles the space, then returns for the scheduled pickup. Your confirmed package lists the items and any extras included in your booking.

Do you use air mattresses?

Our sleepover setups use plush mattresses rather than air mattresses, creating a cozy place for guests to settle in for the night.

How much space do I need for each teepee?

Allow approximately 7 ft × 4 ft of clear floor space per standard mattress and teepee setup. Keep doors, exits and walkways clear as well. Other mattress sizes may be available on request. If you are unsure about the layout, contact us before booking.

What ages are sleepover parties suitable for?

Our teepee sleepovers are generally best suited for children ages 5 and up. Tell us the guests’ ages so we can help you choose an appropriate party experience.

Can you work with my child’s theme or colors?

Tell us your child’s favorite theme, colors and ideas when you inquire. We will confirm the available styling options and any additional costs. Individual décor pieces may vary from the photos while maintaining the overall look of your confirmed setup.

How does a DIY Sleepover work?

With a DIY Sleepover, you set up and take down the rental items yourself using our instructions. We will confirm the rental contents and collection or delivery arrangements before booking.

Are the linens cleaned between parties?

Yes. Linens and washable bedding are professionally cleaned after every use so they are fresh and ready for the next celebration.

Delivery, Setup & Party Day

When do you arrive and collect the rentals?

For standard overnight rentals, delivery and setup are generally completed by 3:00 PM on the event day, with collection generally completed by noon the following day. Timing for other party experiences is confirmed with your booking. Alternative delivery or pickup times are subject to availability and may cost extra.

How should I prepare the space?

Please have the setup area clean, dry, level and completely clear before we arrive. Move furniture and household items in advance; our team cannot move them for you. Keep access routes, doors and emergency exits unobstructed.

Do you stay to supervise the children?

The host is responsible for appropriate adult supervision throughout the party and while rentals are in use. A party hostess or activity team, where included in a package, does not replace the host’s supervision. KidsDreamFactory does not provide childcare or babysitting as part of these rentals.

Can children eat, drink or do crafts in the teepees?

Please keep food and drinks outside the tents, remove shoes and keep pets away from the rental setup. Paint, nail polish, slime, glitter and wet items must be kept away from tents, mattresses, bedding, rugs and cushions. Plan any spa or craft activity in a separate suitable area. Damage or excessive cleaning may incur charges under our Terms & Conditions.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included and is entirely optional. If you would like to thank the team, tips are appreciated but never required.

Glamping & Other Party Experiences

How much outdoor space does the glamping tent need?

Our 16-foot bell tent requires a flat, clear outdoor area at least 25 feet in diameter to allow room for staking and safe access. The tent has approximately 190 square feet of interior space and a 9-foot center height. Please confirm your location and setup area with us before booking.

What ages are outdoor glamping parties recommended for?

Our outdoor glamping sleepovers are recommended for ages 10 and up. Lounge-style setups can suit children, teens and adults; contact us to discuss the right option for your group.

What if the weather forecast looks unsuitable?

Please contact us ahead of your outdoor event so we can review the conditions, venue and available options with you. Any date change is subject to our published rescheduling policy and availability.
